Okay So I Finally Have The Right Disk To Fix My Problem

okay so a few weks ago i posted a topic about a start up process that isnt there anymore. I really didnt get anywhere because apparently when i recieved my computer from dell a 3 years ago they decided to give me 2 versions or office xp and office money instead of a windows xp home intall disk. now i have said disk and was wondering if anyone can walk me through repairing windows, or knows of a place where i could find this info... i'm at a screen at the moment that is asking me... - which windows installation would i like to log into? any help would be much appreciated. oh and...

Dell Dimension 8200
running windows XP home
pentium 4 2.53 g
256 mgb ram
if anything else is necessary just lemme know

Which Windows to log into? Exactly what does the screen say? We need a listing of both lines for what it is asking. Do you have two operating systems in your computer? Also what were you doing just before you got this dual boot screen? Also some computer info like do you have a recovery disk? Do you have Service Pack 2 installed?
