(Not at work).  Before going gung-ho on the "Am I infected?" forum I wanted to check with the Networking folks here to see if they could help point me in the best direction!

I still need to do some observations to determine how it's reproduced and what behaviors it's exhibiting, and could definitely use some tips on what to look for.  Here's what I know so far:

Oddly enough is using the same computer's network name in it's SSID  "MYCOMPUTER-PC" + " Network".  Normally I'd be freaking out, but I hope (with a bit of your help!) to gain full understanding of what could have caused it.

More information:  The WiFi connection in my available connections list already had information stored for it, the password, security type, etc.  I NEVER entered this information, hence why I am worried, and here asking for your help.

Best Regards,

gp

I've gone throuhg my open ports and haven't found anything suspicious so far, but I'm new to this.  If anyone has any tips or tricks to get on top of the game I appreciate it.
