I am helping a neighbor who is not computer literate I followed the instructions in another forum to try to repair windows by using Farbar recovery scan tool. the computer is a HP lap top running windows 7 64 it was severely infected I ran windows defender offline and now it will not boot up windows I am pretty sure I have gotten rid of all the viruses and malware. I have a frst.txt file but I do not know how to get the fixlist.txt file. I also need to know how to send you the frst.txt file.
