What Is Lo-fi ?

A very basic question..what is lo-fi and hi-fi version of a webpage?

A lo-fi website is just basicly a stripped down version or a copy of a hi-fi website for people using older or slower connection technology. Say an old 33.6 or 56k analog modem.

As you are probably viewing th HI-Fi version of this page, you can take a look. If you haven't already done so. Scroll down to last blue bar across the page,it'll say English on the left hand side. See lo-fi option in center. Click it and it will bring up the lo version of the page. Scroll all the way down again, you'll see a 'click here to return to Hi.
