DRP Data Recovery Software

Hello all.

First i want to say i am new to this forum, so let me apologize if i am in the wrong place, section, or any other things that might be wrong. 

Now on to my issue i have a small shop were i service computers, someone just gave me a Laptop that he started restoring to factory settings, and then pulled the plug on it. the hard drive is a 750GB, all info is gone, but since he pulled the plug, there is the recovery partition

that was not touched 19gb.  and a 76 GB partition that looks like was supposed be for the restored windows and the rest is blank no partition. now i need to recover this willing to shell out $$$$ but tried the regular i use, not that great of luck.

1. can i run multiple recovery software's at one time 

2.Do i have any more options and no i do not want to hear recuva i think it needs something more serious.

3.and if i need to send it in what is the best place to send it to i want to hear from experience pls
