I think my computer was infected with msdcsc.exe(MSRSAAP.exe)

So a few days back I saw a folder in my documents named MSDCSC and I saw an file named msdcsc.exe in it, and my computer has been acting weird. Can anyone help me or tell me if my computer would have been infected?
