Are these automatic updates?

Have you tried to manually to download this update?

Is this happening will all updates?

Have you tried the suggested methods at this Microsoft Support website?

Please post exactly what you have tried so that I don't make suggestion which you have already tried.

I went into windows update and manually updated (111) files. 64 failed that had "Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems". I went into windows update and ran trouble shooter for "update repair" I went online to microsoft Support and ran tried that. I downloaded from this site Tweaking Windows Repair software. Did not work also. This started 6-8 months ago so I shut off my auto update. I recently got the Titan 2013 and removed it and now decided I better fix my security update features.
