duplicate songs

Hi there

I have a problem in that i have 102 gig of music and alot of them are doubled up or in some cases trippled in both itunes and windows media player. my question is does anyone know of free software that will sort out and delete the duplicates with out compromising the music i have? any suggestions would be great

According to this, you can find duplicates within iTunes.

There is an option for audio files.
