Hello BleepingComputer Forum :hello:

My name is Nadia and I am a newbie. I've next to zilch experience with computers but that didn't stop me from opening up the case  I know... I couldn't believe it. There is so much dirt and dust bunnies inside there :woot:  who would have thought it ran with all that dirt in there!!! Regardless, I plunge fearlessly forward and am determined to find out what is wrong with this contraption and have fun with it. I know it can do so much but :( I am the limited tool here.

Sincerely,

Nadia

Nadia, Welcome to BC!

Can of compressed air and some Q-Tips come in very handy when cleaning.

Hello!! :)

So kind of you to respond GB and buddy!! Thank you for welcoming me and the helpful tips. I did the compressed air thingie, ended up playing with the left over cause it's so cold. It's incredible how much wire they cram in there!! I think everyone should open a computer or watch someone else do it, it's like dissecting a body without the blood and gore, mm... more like brain surgery.  I have to say this site is ENORMOUS, it's like the HULK. I don't know where to start. I'm not familiar with this forum set up so please no one be offended if I don't seem to respond or seem to be ignoring you... I probably don't have a clue that you are waving a giant sign at me like that guy :oopsign: .
