Trying to restore a folder using previous version. There are previous file backups there for me to select, but no matter which one I choose, it remains greyed out.

The option is turned on for the C drive, so I've already confirmed that. Any ideas?

Hi,
Operating system? Backup software and version? Assume that "C:\" is the destination, what is the backup drive?
Thanks

Windows 7 (the subforum we're on now) Ultimate. No backup software, this is the "pervious version" feature built into windows. The one that looks like this:
