I am using a laptop, it is an ASUS Notebook K52F/K62F Series.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

Well when I try doing Windows Update, it will say successful but when it restarts it either freezes when it says configuring windows update or a blue screen will pop up.

I am not sure what's wrong.  It might be a virus.  It's been like this for months.  I am tired of having to go through this every time I try to update, so I decided to register here.  Hopefully someone can help me!

Moved from the malware Logs forum due to no logs to a more appropriate forum

have you tried  doing  a defrag.. or running sfc/scannow from a command prompt?.. or try running a windows repair with the OS disk?
