I downloaded a program which I installed but already unistalled and it came with snap.do which I didn't install but i guess it did anyway. I can't delete it and its getting anoying by changing my searches default to its search engine. there was also a firefox extension that got installed, but i think it's been removed. i went to firefox and clicked removed.
