Hi, my laptop does not seem to be well. At present it will only start in safe mode, when I log out and try to start up in normal mode all I get is the welcome screen and when
I click to sign in it all goes blank.

I am running windows 7 on a HP notebook, it's about 2 years old and has been running well until now.

It all started yesterday with an unexpected shutdown. On startup the windows logo was pixelating and the colors looked wierd. When windows opened the screen was flashing on and off, I tried to run my anti virus/malware progs but they would not start.

Started it up in safe mode and ran the software, which found a few things and deleted them. The software is superantivirus and I obit. Still wont start in normal mode, can you help please ?

This is most likely a Hardware or driver error. Ask in win 7 with a new topic. If move this it is old and will be pages down and might not be seen.
