Have used this forum for mostly virus/malware information for years, now needing to post due to a Cryptolocker infection at a customer.  A ton of important office files encrypted, and they have no backup.  Good times!

Normally, we would ask that you start a malware removal topic for help with your malware infection. However, there is currently no way for us to decrypt those files. For information about Cryptolocker, please have a look at this post:
