Thanks I forgot to elaborate. I went to copy/paste onto my SD card and it gives me that.

I used a program to expand my drive space so instead of 2GB I have 4GB. 2.34GB/4GB

You need to reformat the disk, its table is damaged.

 

Perhaps trying to cram 4 into the space of 2 could be a cause...
