When I am on the computer, numerous survey's are popping up when I click to look at something. I am also being told to update the media player and the adobe flash player. I looked at this and a window asked me if I trusted the site as it was unknown. When I go to MSN.com I will be looking at the page and it is normal then it will shift to the far right for no reason. The page is also kind of mixed up looking with stuff popping up in different places. Is this due to not having these updates? I am running Windows 8 on a dell laptop. I am afraid to download something I am not sure of because of past virus problems. Can you help me with some advice? Thank you for your time and efforts, Jack Perrin

Hi -

You are being "asked to update", but by who - Visit > Java Version7 Update25 (current)

And for other programs that you get notes for, Google the correct site and check first -

numerous survey's are popping up << Can mean infections, so post in Am I Infected to check -

Thank You -
