Specs: Samsung 700Z running Windows7 Home Premium SP1 64bit

When I log into windows7 and click on the windows orb nothing happens. If I hit the windows key on the keyboard nothing happens. When I click on an icon shortcut on the desktop the computer sometimes crashes to a BSOD error: win32k.sys, PAG_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA ***STOP: 0X00000050....or it opens an explorer window which is blank.

The same thing happens in SAFEMODE.

So what I have tried so far is...I booted into safemode. I hit windows key + R and brought up cmd. I used a command prompt to create another user account. I then logged off of the current user and into the user account I created (I am still in safe mode). I now have everything working on this newly created account in safe mode...so I reboot windows normally and sign into this account. It takes a moment while it sets this user account up for the first time, etc... Now this user account has the same problems as the old account. I did run a virus scan using Malwarebytes when I was in the working safemode user account. No infections.

Any help would be appreciated as I am not sure what to do from here...Thanks!

Did you make any hardware or software changes prior to this happening?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
