My Asus computer came with windows 8 which is impossible to use and after only 3 months my keyboard shut down and certain keys didn't work.I had to use the touch screen keyboard which was impossible,so I sent an email to Asus and they told me what that I had to send it away to there support centre this was particularly irritating but I agreed.A few weeks later my laptop arrived- and I was shocked to find that everything was completely and utterly wiped clean nothing was there,my photos from 2005 onwards, my c.v's,my teaching plans every single (I'm a teacher) ,my emails and I lost all Microsoft products e.g Word,Outlook so I will have to pay 140 Pounds for that too,I only asked them to repair my keyboard. They also put european Microsoft on,and I purchased this in asia so the keyboard is all wrong. When I first saw what had happened I could of cried.I will never buy this rubbish companies laptop ever again I hate it! And take my word for it.
