Please help! Low fps in rift

Hello i am trying to play the game RIFT and i can only play it at 1-3 fps in warfronts and 3-5 fps in open world. i have done everything i can think of to try and get the game to run better. all the settings are on low. i use gamebooster. i used some of the tools on this site and it has helped my fps a little bit but not much. please help i dont have the money for a new computer so im hoping there is something you guys can do!

Couple of things:  You are trying to run the game with a minimum spec system, and assuming that "98 °C" is correct, your CPU is likely throttling back to avoid damage.

 

1st step, verify your cooling system /fan is clean and functional.  Procede from there.


I am a retired Ford tech. Next to Fords, any computer is a piece of cake. (The cake, its not a lie)

Ya, I agree with dpunisher, you honestly do have really low specs for that game.
