My computer is running slow, my efforts to resolve the problem have not worked.  I need help removing the 023 entries that should be removed  along with any other problems found.

What I’ve tried:

Ran Malware bytes and Spybot S&D

Removed items in HJT deemed unnecessary

Removed unused programs using Revo Uninstaller

All updates are current

HP G70-468NR Notebook PC

Netgear wifi extender

Logitech Unifying Wireless Mouse M310

Vista Home Premium

Firefox 23.0.1

Java 7 Update25

Avast! Free Antivirus

Windows Firewall is on

Comcast speed usually greater than 12mbps down 4 up

HD 144 GB free

Ram 3GB

I have 35 years of experience using computers; however technology is moving way ahead of me.
