How can I get rid of this virus

Thank you. I followed the steps, my Sony Vaio did not give me the boot key, so I used F 2 and changed the boot order to USB. When I restarted the computer I got a message: Host Process for Windows Services has stopped working. No other action or instructions but the DOJ virus seems to be gone. I was able to access my Quick books and Word files, so far so good. T UNOs again.
