Is it necessary to un-install and re-install Internet Browsers whenever you notice there are problems with it. For example: I use Firefox. a while back, I noticed that there was a problem whenever I used Youtube. Whenever I clicked "Show the Comment," a HUGE vertical gap between the original comment and a comment that was responding to the original comment occurs. This only happened with Firefox. Safari worked fine. Didn't try Google Chrome. If problems with Internet Browers on certain sites like Youtube occur, will it conflict with my downloads? I download a lot of videos from Youtube. Is it best to un-install and then re-install the browsers when these problems occur?

Have you tried the other way around? Meaning there is no bottleneck or throttling during downloads when loading to check on the difference. Heavy bandwith usage affects internet activities in general.
