I have been unable to get past the screen for a while now.
All I can do is go to the System Repair and Safe Mode

Things I tried so far is:
-Debug Mode
-Starting Windows from Last Successful Settings
-Windows System Repair (Just keeps going and never ends)
-Disabling all startup programs but the Microsoft ones on MSConfig
-Completely disconnecting the power to laptop
-Going on Command Prompt and doing "sfc /scannow"
-Going on Windows System Repair and use Command Prompt to do "bootsect.exe /nt60 all"

Laptop Specifications:
Model: LG R570-UR6WK Laptop
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium K
OS Version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
Processor: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU, M 460, 2527Mhz, 2 Core, 4 Logical Processor
SMBIOS Version: 2.6
RAM: 2.99GB
Memory: 583GB, 380GB Free

:welcome: to Bleeping Computer Forums!

Were you able to run a diagnostic test for the hard drive? Not familiar with the particular laptop model but some BIOS features have included these hardware testing utility.
