What is the make and model of this computer?

Have you looked in the Device Manager to see if there are any errors?

Have you tried uninstalling the driver in the Device Manager and restart the computer?  If the drivers are native to Windows 7 a new driver will be added when you restart the computer?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Hello thanks for your reply.

It's an Acer aspire one ZG5

Yes i have tried updating the drivers both manually and using windows update, it comes up in properties of both the qualcomm Atheros ar5007eg and realtek rtl8102e/rtl8103e family pci-e drivers that the device is not working properly because windows cannot load the required drivers for this device. (code 31)

I have un installed both and when i re boot it tries and fails to install the drivers.

Thank you for your help.

Any help would be great.

Did you look in the Device Manager under Network Adapters?

Type devmgmt.msc in the Search programs and files box and press Enter.

Scroll down to Network Adapters and click on the diamond to the left to expand the menu.

Please post the adapters shown there.
