Screen flashing, appears to be direct draw after malware.

I had some toolbars installed somehow, (wajam was one), ran malwarebytes and still had issues. The screen is flashing, sometimes with red boxes all over, and tends to zoom in on certain sections. It doesn't happen in safemode, bios has been updated and I'm using the latest AMD drivers
.
