So, I have been debating on whether or not to get a new decent PC.

My current PC has 6 gigabytes of RAM, which I definitely find to meet up to my standards.

I have a 2.80 ghz processor which proves pretty decent (in my opinion).

But I do not game anymore, I will usually be watching youtube videos, on social networking sites etc.

I also like to create vector images for fun and create nice designs for various things.

What I'm wondering is, how much money should I be willing to spend on a decent PC that is reliable, has a decent processor, decent amount of ram (4-6 gb).

I'm find with AMD instead of Intel as I've heard they're not much of a big difference (quality wise) as they are price wise.
