I need to make an email address. I am mostly familiar with Yahoo, but now, like everything, they want a mobile number before I can register one. I don't have a mobile phone. Any web based email services that don;t force you to enter a mobile number?

No. I already have one, or more accurately the person who's name the ISP is in has one.

I'm afraid there is no service such as that...though you can buy a cheap 25 dollar phone.

I read about this site, Mail.com Now I did not sign up for it, but from what I could gather from the sign up sheet, it didn't ask for a phone number.

Bezukhov, That site is great, no mobile needed.  And I think I really like their email service.

Thanx :)
