Can you please zip and email the following files to grinler@yahoo.com:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\G7PS\Shared Files\G7PSDLL\G7PS.dll

When you email me, please include a link to this topic.

Thanks

You are currently using hijackthis from a temp directory. This can cause problems. Please create a directory on your c: drive called c:\hijackthis and download and unzip hijackthis into that directory. Run the program from that directory from now on.

For a tutorial on how to use HijackThis please see the following link:

Using HijackThis to Remove Spyware, Browser Hijackers, and Dialers

Note, please read this carefully, as the steps do repeat a few times, but the last step does change a bit

Download killbox here:

KillBox

Unzip the folder to your desktop.

Start Killbox.exe

Select the Delete on reboot option.

In the field labeled "Full path of file to delete" enter C:\WINDOWS\System32\1ZHY9P~1.DLL
Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.

When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, press the NO button.

Next In the field labeled "Full path of file to delete" enter C:\WINDOWS\System32\2sjz41yde6thd.exe

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.

When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, press the NO button.

Next In the field labeled "Full path of file to delete" enter C:\WINDOWS\System32\unimdmat.exe

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.

When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, press the NO button.

Next In the field labeled "Full path of file to delete" enter 6vgc6urrchh6svdll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll.dll

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it.

When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, press the YES button.

Your computer will now reboot and check to see if the file is gone.

When it reboots, fix these entries in hijackthis:
