Hi,  no other website issues - yet when in Facebook, the pages take forever to load.

1) Is there an update that I may need?

2) Could it be a virus, etc that affects Facebook?

Have Windows XP, HP PC, & Norton 360 that is up-to-date.

Thanks for some direction.

Thanks for the response -

I have DSL [Windstream] - 6 M...'s.  Early this morning (6ish) it was loading a lot better than yesterday evening but still slow; after 8 am, it started running very slow again. Pretty much any other website I looked at loaded decently both times (although it could be better).  Sorry, not sure what you mean by Browser - I think mine is Windows Explorer as opposed to Mozilla, etc. -
I typed the website directly into the address bar.   Aside from upgrading to a faster modem/router speed (my choices are 18 & 24/9? with Windstream) - what else would cause the issue?

Have you tried clearing your cache files and or use another browser to check on the loading times difference? See also
