I was thinking to switch my degree course to Data Communications & Networking from Computer Science because in computer science, everything is just too abstract to me and my programming skill is not that good. so,does degree in Data Communications & Networking worth to take and good job prospect? If i take with CCNA(extra exam)

I heard people saying that those who study in Computer Science also can do whatever students in Data Communications & Networking do, is that true?

Thanks guys for your opinions and guides!
