They'll solve every problem of you, example,if you're having software issues with malware issues, they'll fix both of them, instead of just the software issues. So be patient

Hello sexier -

First -

Please do not Quote every post / answer to you unless there is a direct reason - Just click in the Middle of the Reply Box below this post, and start typing your reply. Then click on Post when finished.

Next -

Do you understand how to use Safe Mode with Networking ??

If not I will post full directions, or you can read the tutorial in the first 2 topics of Windows7 forum area.

Are you able to run / download any programs in Safe Mode with Networking ?

Do you have any Antivirus or Antimalware programs installed already ?

Can you see your desktop when in Safe Mode at all ?

Now -

Your problem seems like it is very recent only, so only think of the last few days ......

Do you know of any very recent, important changes, that you or ony one has made to the computer ?

By this, I mean a program that may have been added or removed or altered in any way -

Thank You -

- Does ccleaner count? < < NO - This is not a security program.

We will try this program first to give me a bit of information ...........

Download Security Check by Screen317
* Save it to your Desktop.
* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
* Follow the onscreen instructions inside the black box.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.
Note: If any security program requests permission to access the Internet, allow it to do so.

Thank You -

Since you are using Safe Mode this means that you are using the Advanced Boot Options.  Open the Advanced Boot Options and choose the Repair your computer option.

Hello -

As you have not added to this topic, were the ideas on "screen resolution" enough to fix your problem.

We have not added anything, as we will wait for your reply -

Thank You -
