Please how do I install and use whatsapp on my galaxy tab 2 7.0 tablet , I've installed it but it keeps tellin me "we cant identify ur device, please turn off the phone, take out the battery, restart it and try again". And thats not possible cos its a tablet not a phone and removing the battery is not even possible.
Its realy annoying, please I neep help, quick reply if possible. And please not with the helium method because I dont have a samsung smartphone I use a blackberry Q10. So please any straightforward method I can use in installing the whatsapp? Thanks

Seems to be a known issue by XDA. They have a work around that does not require Root.

Thanks but I've been to d site already, I dont hav a samsung smartphone to do all that backup stuff.
So any other method w/o rooting?

After entering your phone number you will receive a txt msg with a code and a msg saying "verifying your number".........and a 5 minute timer will countdown. After 5 minutes u will get another msg saying "could not verify". You then opt for the "call me" option. You will receive a call from automated service with a code which you then enter. Done! NOTE: You can only use whatsapp with one number so to install whatsapp on more devices, you need a new number for each.
