Cannot download exe files

I can download documents but nothing executable, like anti-virus software from MicroSoft or anything executable. ("mseinstall.exe couldn't be downloaded.")

 

I have a Trojan infection that has damaged registry files(it seems). I got no system disc with this HP laptop. Downloads (of course) cannot help me. This conundrum has me by the short hairs.

Enable the built in admin account and follow the steps below.

From within the admin account.

Download tdss killer

http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.exe


Right Click it Run As Admin . Click on Change parameters Select TDLFS file system

Hit the Scan button Post the LOG In your next reply

Do not change the default options on scan results



Update and do a quick scan with Malwarebytes remove all that it finds and reboot.

Post the log here,

 

 

Run a scan with Eset. You will need to disable your antivirus during this scan.
http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/
Make sure remove found threats and scan archives is checked.
When the scan finish list found threats save to clipboard copy to notepad Post the log here.
