Windows 7 was reinstalled from the original disc.  I have not been able to access the office download page as it says that  "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".  All conventional attempts to resolve the issue (e.g. reset explorer, delete temp files, etc) have failed.  There was apparently an error in the re-installation of .Net framework but that has been deleted and re-installed and the error persists.

i can access various web sites but the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error occurs when trying to access the login page of the website.

Any ideas?   thanks.
