I'm back here after a long while, as I was at university studying Computing! All finished now and looking for work!

After finding out that I have a assessment interview next week, I was wondering what I would expect.

From talking to the hr manager, I found out that the assessment will be part written and part technical, so I'm just wondering what kind of technical knowledge I would be expected to know. The company specialises in web support.

Would I be tested on;

1. Mathematics ( fast paced mental math)
2. Knowledge of the OSI model
3. Scenario questions (e.g. Angry customer)

Many thanks!
