Find String (QGREP Utility) has stopped working

I have a PC with os windows 8 Pro., When I start my PC it trows a error " Find String (QGREP Utility) has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." and then i clik on "Debug" PC shutdown and restart again & agin many time.

 

I have download exprun.bat           run it. notepad mess. shown like this..
