:welcome: to the Bleeping Computer forum.

Blue Screen of Death aka BSOD can be happened due to various reasons. Virtually any hardware or software component in a system can cause a blue screen by crashing the Windows kernel. Sine your issue only happens when the system is under load, my primary suspicion is a hardware failure like a failed memory module or a power supply which is failing under load. So let us test the memory modules first .

:step1: Download Memtest86+ disc image from the below link.

      http://www.memtest.org/download/4.20/memtest86+-4.20.iso.zip

:step2: Burn the image to a blank CD using Imgburn.

      http://download.imgburn.com/SetupImgBurn_2.5.8.0.exe

:step3: Boot from the disc and the test will start to run immediately. You should run at least eight complete passes for an accurate result. If there are detected during the test, red lines will be shown on the screen and the number of errors will be written on the Errors column.

Report the result in next reply.

HI

Yes, you can run Memtest86+ from a USB pen drive. Please download the USB media builder from the below link.

http://www.memtest.org/download/4.20/memtest86+-4.20.usb.installer.zip

Also please note that running memtest is a time consuming process. It may take several hours depending on the size of system memory.

Hi

16 GB of RAM will take ages to complete eight passes with Memtest86+ . A memory isolation test is the best way in your case.Let us examine possible software issues before that. Please follow the below steps.

:step1: Upload the crash dump files.

You can find the crash dump files inside C:\Windows\Minidump folder. Copy all the files located in that folder and zip them to a single file. Disable the "User Account Control" if you encounter a permission error. We need at least a minimum of three dumps to find a pattern. Attach the zipped dump with the next reply. If the file size is larger than 512KB, upload the zipped dumps to a free file hosting site and post the download link to it.

    Example file hosting sites :

:step2: A Speccy snapshot.

"Speccy" is a free tool which is used to create a report about your system. It will list the make and model of hardware components as well as installed Windows updates, HDD SMART status etc. Please read instructions from the below link and post the web link created by "Speccy" in next reply.

:step3: Minitoolbox report.

"Minitoolbox" can list all the installed programs as well as event log errors in your system. Download "Minitoolbox" from the below link.

Run the tool and only select the following tick boxes.

-List last 10 Event viewer errors
   -List installed programs
   -List devices
-List users, partition and memory size

Now click "Go" and post the output in next reply

Hi

The only one crash dump you uploaded shows STOP 0x124 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR.

BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa800dfa68f8, 0, 0}

Probably caused by : hardware

This bugcheck indicates that CPU detected a fatal hardware error and called kernel bugcheck routine to prevent data loss.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff557321(v=vs.85).aspx

Usual causes : Overheating, Overclocking , BIOS bug, faulty CPU etc.

Your Speccy snapshot shows a probable cause.

Your CPU is running overclocked and that is the number one reason for a system to became unstable. Please follow the below steps.

:step1: Stop overclocking.

Please disable any frequency or voltage tuning in to it's default values at least as a test. Let the system BIOS to choose what is best for your system.

:step2: Update system BIOS.

Although not mandatory, i recommend to update the BIOS to the latest revision. Download version 1708 from the below link.

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A99X_EVO/#support_Download_30

You can use Asus EZflash tool which is embedded in the system firmware to safely update the BIOS. Detailed instructions are covered in the motherboard user manual which can be downloaded from the same link.

:step3: Load default settings in BIOS.

After updating the BIOS, enter BIOS setup and load "Optimized defaults" . This will make sure all voltage and frequency settings are automatically managed by the system.

Post your findings in next reply.

Hi

There are no new crash dumps in the upload. The last one you uploaded is the same in your previous reply which is from September 02. Is there any new dumps in the Minidump folder ?.

Can you please re-run Speccy and verify the current clock speed of all cores ? . It should be around 3300 Mhz. Also watch the CPU temperature.

HI

Sometimes User Account Control  may prevent copying dump files. Please disable UAC and restart the system. Then try to copy or zip the dumps.
