Completely at a loss. Was having trouble with a game on steam so the support guy tells me to updated my sound drivers. I go to realtek.com, download the newest driver, install and after reboot there's no sound. Nothing I do seems to work. I've uninstalled all sound drivers, reinstalled and rebooted about a dozen times, system restore won't work when I click the next button after choosing time and date nothing happens and even installing malwarebytes anti-malware won't install. Everytime I open up dxdiag it says no sound card found.

I am completely at a loss on how to fix this.
