I'm fairly new to this 'game': I have downloaded Security which has given me the Checkup and I was told to then upload it. So here goes:

Download Adwcleaner --> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/
 
Open, press Scan, and wait until it finish.

Then press Clean and the Restart computer when it asks...
