Whenever I turn on my laptop. It instantly opens up 7 or more Firefox browsers and if try to close it more will show up. If i go into google chrome or internet explorer it wont let me go anywhere it just refreshes at the homepage. This also happens in safe mode with networking but its not as bad. Weird thing is if im in safe mode and if I turn off my touch pad it doesnt happen anymore.

What message do you get when you select

"Why did resetting fail?"

The problem may be caused by an Ad-on.
Disable them.

This may help.

This is a new operating system and I have never used it.
See if someone can help you in the forum.

I will keep this topic open for 6 days.
If you need to return please do.
