Hello all,
I have a Windows XP Service Pack 1 computer. For some reason I am having a big problem with ITunes. Windows recognizes my IPOD, but ITunes does not. Yet Musicmatch Jukebox & WinAmp recognize the IPOD.

Can someone help me?
