TDSS virus

I downloaded the TDSS killer onto a flash drive on my Google Chrome notebook.  When I try to run it on my infected Vista machine after renaming per the instructions I get a "not a valid Win32 application" error message.  Did Chrome corrupt it?  Any suggestions?
