my labtop is Samsung window 8, and I reinstall the windows. During installation, like at the last step of installation, after the installation got to 100%, and after it ask me to create name for the computer, and choose a wifi, and some computer setting, the part where the screen switch from different colors, and it has a line saying Finalizing the PC or something, I accidentally close the lid of the labtop, and the labtop just shut down. After it had shut down, I turn the labtop back on, the samsung logo came on, and there's beads rotating at the bottom of the logo, then the logo disappear, and the screen is blank. At first I thought it was getting ready to let me enter the login screen, but it's not. It stay blank. Is it still loading all the information or do I have to reinstall again? Because I thought I finished the installation I saw the 100%...Also, I wanted to know how would I reinstall the window now that I can't enter the system, and since you have to enter the system and click on the button that says "resetting the computer"???? Please help, it's a new computer I've only had it for one month, I really hope is not broken. What should I do???

Reinstall Windows 8. Do not close the laptop or turn it off until you are sure the process is completely finished.

What model number is your laptop?
