I am very old. Living in Chestefield UK with 2 dogs and a wife, who is not very old.  I used to be in electronics in the late 50s,60s,and 70s, when they used to use valves and a few transistors and most TVs only had 1 channel. When I left the business to become a Queens servant I held C&G certificates in radio, mono TV and Colour TV. Not too bad at the repair side of computers, but hopeless using them. I came across this site whilst attempting to rid our desktop of an unwanted tool bar.

Hi, :welcome:

Despite being in the USA I know what you mean by Valves, Tubes in the USA.

I studied electronics back in the 60s. Despite not going into the field I found the knowledge very helpful in several fields of endeavor throughout my life.

I'm sure You will be able to get that toolbar removed. It could be worse.

By the Way, I moved Your Other topic to a more appropriate forum.

Good Luck with Your Problem.

Roger
