Here is the forum: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/22/virus-trojan-spyware-and-malware-removal-logs/

Here are the instructions for using that forum: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/34773/preparation-guide-for-use-before-using-malware-removal-tools-and-requesting-help/

Please be advised our Malware Removal team is comprised of volunteers. It is on a first come first served basis. They all have different skill sets. So on occasion a Team Member make take a log out of sequence if he feels he's not expert enough with your particular form of malware. However that is the exception rather than the rule but I wanted you to be aware it does happen.

We are currently experiencing a backlog so it may not BE ASAP. But you will get a reply.

Probably a bit late for you gogo2325 - and you may know already - but if you are still running my old favorite Win98, then Clamwin still issues a free and updated Win 98 anti-virus program : http://www.clamwin.com/
