Any thoughts on this chromebook. Ebay has a really good deal that I'm thinking about.

Thanks.

Hmmm....

Do You understand that this is not a Windows computer?

This is the best I can do for You since you did not provide the exact model or a link to the eBay page.

The Acer C7 Chromebook (C710-2055) updates last year's Acer C7 Chromebook (C710-2847) with better performance and longer battery life. Google's Chromebooks have long promised affordability and simplicity, and Acer's C7 Chromebooks have delivered in spades—the previous model sells for as little as $199.99 (list), and the new C710-2055 offers its upgrades for $279.99 (list). While the Web-centric Chrome OS isn't for everybody, the new Chromebook is yet another extremely affordable way to hop online for all of your regular Internet uses. It's faster, better, and lasts longer than other Chromebooks on the market. All this is why we award the C710-2055 the Editors' Choice for Chromebooks.

Good Luck

Roger

It's Acer model C710-2847 and the link is:

Now it says today only and free shipping. It's factory refurbished.

Thank you.

Ok, It looks like a less expensive model to start with only 2Gb of memory.

Two thing to make note of

Does not Run Windows

Since it is a refurbished model it only has a 90 day limited warranty http://stores.ebay.com/acer/Terms-of-Sale.html

If  I shopped on eBay At that price I might be tempted as it is only $130 and if I didn't like it I could always find someone to take it for free. However Your financial resources may be more limited.

Good Luck

Roger
