Weird Graphics Error

Randomly, whenever I right click and then select an option from the list, the option I choose (such as copy) just lingers for an uncertain amount of time. There's not much else to say, really. I've tried restarting, looking this up, but I have no idea what to even search for keywords.

I'd run the chkdsk /r command...and defrag the Windows partition after the chkdsk /r completes.
