Computer seems to be running 'awkwardly' and I don't know what is causing it

I play a lot of League of Legends, and recently (Friday) I noticed that my computer was having a hard time communicating to their server and I could not load games anymore. I also noticed that I had an svchost taking about all of my computers working memory. I ran RKill and got this...
