I have a networked printer that was recently connected to a hub due to lack of data ports. One user sent an incorrect document to the printer and when trying to delete it, it just sits there. we have tried to restart the computer, unplug the computer and printer, delete and replace the printer on the machine, even clear the spool folder in Windows. Nothing seems to work. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone that prints to that machine is of course blocked.  There is one person that is not sharing on the network and she is able to print to the printer. Unsharing to the printer does not clear the printer to allow printing of the document.
