windows vista basic don't start up

hi!!!i am new on pc and general issues!!!!i have a hp550 laptop with windows vista basic!!!!the windows are version 6.1.7600!!!my problem is that don't start up the windows!!!..........the disk have an error code#02............but the windows shows an error code 0x00000050.........please can anyone step by step tell me what I can do????

.the disk have an error code#02............but the windows shows an error code 0x00000050.........

 

Do you see this error codes in a Bluescreen background?

.....this code error looks like the all problem(0x00000050) or the #02....

sorry i don't know good english!!!!....that i can tell is don't starting windows because in the disk there is a problem....a code error is this attr 02!!!!when try start windows in safe mode.....in the end of this process a code error i saw 0x00000050 with others parameters in blue background!!!!!!!...sorry i cant more write more details!!!
